If you are looking to make changes to your Company name or URL. This will need to be done by our team.
Please contact our Customer Success to at customersuccess@wiredrive.com. You must be a Wiredrive administrator to request this change.
Please provide our team with the following information:
- Current Company Name
- Current Wiredrive URL (xxxx.wiredrive.com)
- New Company name
- New Wiredrive URL
- Contact number
Based on the availability of the new name and domain the request may take 2-4 days. Your Success Manager will send you a form to fill out to confirm the change with our billing department.
*At this time there is no option to use a custom domain to access your Wiredrive system. You may change your subdomain at any time based on availability of that address.
