If you have a network firewall, are unable to receive Wiredrive Presentations, or emails are going to spam, please whitelist these Wiredrive domains and try to make the necessary actions you may not have been able to perform before. With recent Wiredrive updates, we no longer have specific IP addresses to whitelist. Instead, we have a list of specific domains your IT can whitelist if your company is having issues receiving emails from your company domain. Please review the domains that must be whitelisted so you can receive emails from your Wiredrive system.
