Once presentations are created in Library, you can then copy, edit and delete them (depending on your permission level).
To Edit Presentation Information
- Click Presentation List and locate your Presentation.
- Click on a Presentation name to add it to the Presentation panel.
- Click Edit in the Presentation menu.
- Modify the Presentation name, type, or where the Presentation is saved.
- Click Save.
Copying presentations
- Click Presentation List and locate your Presentation.
- Click on a Presentation name to add it to the Presentation panel.
- Click Copy in the Presentation menu.
- Modify the name, type or location (note that any reordering done before the copy is saved applies to the original, not the copy.
- Click Save.
Deleting Presentations
Deleting a Presentation terminates all active instances of that Presentation. This means that Presentations that may be sitting in someone's inbox or that are attached to a site will no longer work if the source Presentation is deleted.
- Click Presentation list and locate your Presentation.
- Click on a Presentation name to add it to the Presentation panel.
- Click Delete in the presentation menu.
- Confirm when prompted to permanently delete the Presentation. This action can not be undone, nor can old links be reactivated.
