Based on your Adobe Premiere Pro set up, you may run into issues with uploading content from Premiere Pro to Wiredrive. As Wiredrive uses the default encoding settings provided by Adobe. There may be an issue with your settings and in order for us to assist you. We will need you to follow a few simple steps.
"Shitake Mushrooms! Premiere could not find that output preset" <- Adobe Error
During the "Encode & Upload” step, it just sits at 0% Encoding status with no improvement.
In order to understand the cause of this error or issue, we will need some information to send to Adobe to review as most issues with saving and uploading to Wiredrive occur before Wiredrive code is used:
1. Your computers OS and device type
2. Your Adobe Premiere Pro version.

If you have an active session in Adobe where you are getting an error please save your work and close the suite.
- Please open Premiere Pro
- Then open "Chrome" > Enter the following URL into the browser http://localhost:7777 and click Wiredrive (Beta) and provide us with a screenshot of the debug page that loads. This must be done in Chrome.
Once you provide us with this information we will have this escalated to find out the right configuration for the Wiredrive Extension to work with Premiere with your current configuration.
*In many cases this is caused by an incomplete or corrupted install of the Adobe Premiere Pro Suite and re-installing in 99% of cases resolves this to provide current updates and corrections to missing config files.
