As an Administrator in Library, you have the ability to view Reports and see the Private Presentations that Sales Reps create, however, you are unable to view the contents of that Presentation. These Private Presentations are not accessible to anyone but that user.
If you would like to be able to view and edit the contents of a Sales Rep's private presentation, you would have to upgrade their access level to Administrative status. To do so:
- Click on Users > User Directory
- Select the Gear drop down next to the Sales Rep you wish to change permissions and select 'Edit User'
- In the Permissions section select 'Administrator' in the Library Access drop-down menu.
If you only want your Sales Reps to send the pre-made Presentations within your Library:
- Click on Users > User Directory
- Select the Gear drop down next to the Sales Rep you wish to change permissions and select 'Edit User'
- At the bottom of the permissions section uncheck 'Can make presentations'.
This restricts the Sales Rep to only use the Presentations within the Library to send to clients.
